2️⃣ Download & Open the PlayStation App 📲:

  • Available on Android & iPhone
  • Log in to the PlayStation account you want serviced

3️⃣ Connect via PlayStation App:

  • Tap the ⚙️ Gear Icon (top right corner)
  • Go to Console Management
  • Select Scan QR Code
  • Choose Manual Code
  • Enter the code sent to you by the owner
