Terms of Service (Refunds & Service Policy)

By accessing and purchasing from our store, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services provided and are strictly enforced.

1. Service Agreement
All services offered are digital and/or virtual in nature. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a service that may begin processing shortly after payment is received.

2. Order Processing
Once an order is submitted, it is placed into our fulfillment system where time, labor, and resources are allocated. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

3. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once an order has been processed.

4. Service Initiation & Completion
Upon initiation of any service, the order is considered active and non-refundable.

This includes services that are:

  • In progress

  • Partially completed

  • Fully completed

Once a service has been started or delivered, you waive all rights to a refund.

5. Proof of Service
We reserve the right to document and retain proof of service completion, including but not limited to timestamps, account activity, communication logs, and delivery confirmation. This information may be used in the event of disputes.

6. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate account details and follow any instructions provided. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer. Orders affected by such errors are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Any attempt to file a chargeback or payment dispute after a service has been started or completed will be treated as fraudulent activity. We will provide all necessary evidence to payment processors, including IP logs, order records, and proof of fulfillment, to contest such disputes.

8. Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered if:

  • The order has not yet been started, and

  • We are unable to fulfill the service

Any exception is granted solely at our discretion.

9. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing from our store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. You acknowledge that once your order enters processing or service begins, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
