Refund Policy
At our store, we are committed to providing high-quality digital services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of the services we offer, all sales are considered final once certain conditions are met. Refunds are only processed for buyers that request before service has started and no contact from buyer within 48 hours after payment.
Order Processing & Service Initiation
Once an order is placed, it enters our processing queue. During this stage, resources, time, and service preparation are allocated specifically to your order. Because of this, orders may only be eligible for cancellation or refund prior to service initiation. If you wish to request a cancellation, you must contact us immediately after placing your order.
No Refunds After Service Has Started
Once your service has been started, partially completed, or fully delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes (but is not limited to) digital goods, in-game services, account-based services, or any custom work performed on behalf of the customer. By purchasing, you acknowledge that the service begins fulfillment shortly after the order is placed.
Completed Services
After a service has been completed and delivered as described, the transaction is considered fulfilled. We do not offer refunds, reversals, or exchanges for completed services. All proof of delivery, completion, and communication may be recorded and stored for verification purposes.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all provided information (such as usernames, account details, or platform selection) is accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer, and such cases are not eligible for refunds.
Fraud & Chargebacks
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or dispute after services have been started or completed will be considered fraudulent. We reserve the right to provide all necessary evidence—including order details, IP logs, timestamps, and proof of service completion—to payment processors to dispute such claims.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be considered if:

We are unable to fulfill your order for reasons on our end
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is at our sole discretion.
Agreement to Policy
By placing an order through our store, you agree to this Refund Policy in full and understand that once your service has begun or been completed, you forfeit any eligibility for a refund.
